Introduction - What do we offer?

Riviera Trains Limited is the largest and only truly independent locomotive and coaching stock provider in the UK. On this page are links to our key train sets which we can provide you.

Riviera has built up a reputation for providing quality rolling stock for their customers needs. As a business we pride ourselves on being able to provide a high quality customer service to suit all requirements.

Our key train sets are listed below to give you an on board overview, description, floor plan and provide images to ensure you make the correct choice. The images show both interior and exterior views of each of each train sets.

All of our train sets can feature both First and Standard Class accommodation with the addition of catering vehicles as required. Kitchen Cars are required for a full at seat dining services, Buffet Cars for a light refreshment service.

Dining

The option of dining can ensure that passengers relish the elegant surroundings of our unique carriages. Spacious with incomparable comfort, your table, laid out with white cloth, glistening silverware and with an aroma of flowers reflects on the attention to detail.

Chefs can prepare extinctive lunches and dinners from the finest ingredients, with each meal accompanied by wines and champagnes.

Any of our unique train sets can create a perfect sense of occasion for passengers.

Meals that are often provided are Brunch, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner.

Please be aware that various heritage diesel and steam locomotives are unable to provide a train heat supply. Therefore a generator power car can be provided to ensure warmth is available during the winter months or during cold spells.

Due to the smoking ban throughout the UK, ALL trains have to operate with a strict NO SMOKING policy.

Normally the maximum load for a charter train is 13 coaches running on the National network.
