The Norfolkman
'The Norfolkman' train set has been recently formed up
with Mk2f, ex-Anglia First Class and Standard Class
vehicles, a buffet car will also be provided to give a
service of hot and cold snacks, with an at seat trolley
service if required.
The buffet car will provide up to 25 Club Class seats
with the specific facilitate to provide a disabled
wheelchair space within the train.
The train brake (DBSO) 9713 known as the brake or
Driving Van Trailer, this coach consists of 32 Standard
Class seats, with a Guards compartment and a cycle
storage facility. The DBSO vehicle enables the
train to be driven from the opposite end. Existing Class 90 locomotives,
provided by EWS, are currently available to provide this
facility with
Riviera intending to fit such equipment to some Class 47/8 locomotives
in the near future.
The air conditioned carriages are spacious offering
large panoramic windows with First Class vehicles having
armchair-style seats with very padded headrests. All
seats benefit from full-size tables and overhead reading
lamps.
The trains can be branding and themed with an onboard
entertainment options if required.
