The Pride of the Nation 'The ‘Pride of the Nation' train set has recently been formed up providing 336 seats in First Class VIP vehicles which is supplemented with 3 x Mk1 kitchen cars, a modern buffet car and disabled brake vehicle. The kitchen cars provide the very best traditional ‘silver dining service’ for which the railways have always been famous for. If a buffet car service is required this can give a service of hot and cold snacks, with an at seat trolley facility by arrangement. The train brake provides a full disabled toilet facility together with a small number of Standard Class seats. The air conditioned carriages are spacious offering large panoramic windows with armchair-style seats with padded headrests. All seats benefit from full-size tables and overhead reading lamps. The trains can be branding and themed with onboard entertainment options if required.

Spacious and exceptional comfort, the First Class seats are neatly trimmed in pleasing light Grey moquette material. Each table features with an overhead reading lamp. With spacious legroom, a soft headrest and reclining seats each carriage is air conditioned and each seat offers a large panoramic window. WC WC
Our First Class coaches are made up of
42 seats with 2 toilets either end.

The ‘Pride of the Nation’ train set consists of up of 9 x Mk2f, First Class vehicles offering 42 seats per vehicle. The deep maroon body sides with gold stripe lines creates a striking modern style land cruise train, having access to nearly all parts of the UK national network.
